C47 Aircraft crochet pattern

With the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings being commemorated everywhere, this crochet aircraft would make a fitting tribute to your own post box topper or village display.
You will need a 2mm hook & double knit yarn to create your own C47 measuring approximately 17cm (6 3/4 inches) long and with a wingspan of 26cm (10 inches)
